central location complimentary water
The location was superb. I could easily reach everything i wanted to explore on foot. complimentary water awaited me upon arrival, a really nice touch!!!

safe environment attentive staff comfortable room
i felt really safe as a solo female traveler. the staff was attentive and helpful, especially francesca. my room was modern, comfortable, and gorgeous. i will return!
the tv system in my room was not working, it was a shame! i missed catching up on the news.

friendly staff great selection
the room was spacious (a lovely surprise!) and the hotel staff were very friendly. breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of items.
I noticed a slight lack of soundproofing. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

missing information basic bathroom
the staff was helpful. everywhere was fresh and clean with tasteful decor.
i found the room quite disappointing. it seemed like they stopped decorating halfway through. there was no information about the hotel in the room. the bathroom was the most basic i have ever seen (i have seen many bathrooms!).
